About the service

Our year end accounts services include, but are not limited to:

Year-End Accounts

Every limited company sends theirs to Companies House and HMRC, and you’ve got a generous nine months after your year-end to wrap it up. We’ll make sure yours shines. It’s not just a legal requirement, your accounts are often needed when you’re applying for a mortgage, looking for business finance, or proving your company’s financial position to potential clients or investors. We’ll prepare your statutory accounts from your bookkeeping records, make sure they comply with all the accounting standards (whether that’s FRS 102, FRS 105, or full IFRS depending on your company size), and file them before the deadline so you don’t get hit with penalties. We’ll also prepare the directors’ report, notes to the accounts, and everything else Companies House requires. Your accounts will be in the proper iXBRL format that HMRC insists on, and we’ll make sure both Companies House and HMRC get their copies without you having to think about it.

Year-End Accounts Done Right: Accurate, Compliant & Built for Smarter Tax Planning

Getting your accounts done properly matters, whether you’re applying for a mortgage, looking for funding, or just want to sleep easy knowing your paperwork is sorted. We’ll make sure everything’s accurate, compliant, and filed on time, every time. We’ll also use your year-end as an opportunity to look at tax planning for the following year – are there any capital allowances you should be claiming? Should you be adjusting your director’s salary and dividend split? Are there any expenses you’re missing that could reduce your tax bill? Your year-end accounts aren’t just paperwork for the authorities, they’re your business’s story in numbers. We’ll sit down with you, translate the figures into real talk, and turn those insights into your next smart move. Because understanding where you’ve been is the best way to plan where you’re going.
